Debbie McPherson is the Senior Vice-President of Sales and Marketing at Genworth Canada. She is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies. These include key initiatives such as customer segmentation, sales program development, customer training, marketing and sales management.

Debbie has more than 20 years of experience and proven success in sales and quality management with Genworth Canada and the mortgage industry.

Debbie plays an active role in many industry organizations including the Canadian Homebuilders Association (CHBA) and the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) She is a member of the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professional (CAAMP) and has her AMP designation. She is an active volunteer for the United Way and Habitat for Humanity. Debbie graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
